Davy Jones passed away last week and that made me unexpectedly pensive. My brother and I grew up with The Monkees, Robinson Crusoe (French version for TV 1964) and The Banana Splits on a Saturday morning. Happy Days! So rather than mourn and post Daydream Believer, lets celebrate with The Banana Splits....and a little bit of nostalgia from Robinson Crusoe.

Oh my goodness, that music from Robinson Crusoe took me back to my childhood and those waves lapping on the shore. Not a fan of the Banana Splits but I get your drift, I was also surprised to be saddened by the death of Davy Jones last week.
